Subscription concept - progress in the textile industry?

The Hochschule Niederrhein student group consists of 9 students and, with the help of Prof. Dr. rer. Pol. Gerrit Heinemann, they are creating an innovative subscription model for the fashion brand Colours & Sons. The aim is to efficiently monetize older collections that were originally produced for B2B retailers and at the same time distribute new stock directly to end customers in a subscription format. The topic has been present in the fashion world for some time, but has not yet produced a sustainable concept.

This subscription model should offer Colours & Sons the opportunity to handle existing stock sustainably and efficiently, while customers regularly receive new fashion items. A detailed business plan for the implementation of the project will be presented shortly.
