The Hochschule Niederrhein survey on the world of work in 2035

What will the world of work look like in 2035? What can employees look forward to and what do they need to prepare for? Students on the Master's course in Human Resources in the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics at Hochschule Niederrhein (HSNR) are looking into these questions.

Using human and artificial intelligence, the students have formulated 35 theses as part of a research project led by Professor Dr. Alexander Cisik, which they are now putting to the test in a nationwide survey. The content is not only about the influence of artificial intelligence, robotics, digitalization or work-life balance, but also about the expected developments in companies and HR management. The initiators of the survey are interested in how likely employees in Germany think these theses are and how they assess the developments described in them.

The online survey is open until January 24, 2025. Any employee can take part at https://lnkd.in/epeZ5f_W. The survey takes just a few minutes. All participant data will be treated in strict confidence and used exclusively for research purposes. No personal data will be collected.
