Professionals who already have a first degree and practical experience can prepare for the next step in their career with the career-integrated MBA program "Leadership & Management". The program prepares prospective and current managers for the demands of practical application and thus opens up further career prospects in business and administration. Participants work in small groups and earn the internationally renowned and recognized MBA - Master of Business Administration degree in just four semesters.
