Design students showcase their craftsmanship at the MIKS Christmas market

The Hochschule Niederrhein's (HSNR) design students are now showcasing their creativity against a special Advent backdrop: The pictures, cards and tableware designs they have produced in the faculty's in-house workshops will be on display for a week at the "Made in Krefeld Special" (MIKS) Christmas market.

From Monday, December 2 to Sunday, December 8, the budding product, object and communication designers have set up their "designkrefeld wunderbar" stand on the southern Dionysiusplatz in Krefeld. There they will be presenting their unique handmade items - including various cards and pictures produced using screen and digital printing, porcelain tableware and vases.

The MIKS Christmas market runs until December 23 and is open Sunday to Wednesday from 12 noon to 8 pm, Thursday from 12 noon to 9 pm and Friday and Saturday from 12 noon to 10 pm.
