Motion design and animation characterize communication and are indispensable for success in an audiovisual attention economy. Why does branding need motion today? How can emotions be enhanced through motion design and animation? What role do innovative technologies play in the development of unconventional moving image concepts? In the main auditorium, eight leading creatives from renowned design agencies will explore these questions and provide insights into their work. The aim is to provide participants with the knowledge they need to master the creative and strategic requirements of communication design.
"Motion design is the graphic design of the 21st century and animation is illustration. Those who master these disciplines will secure a decisive advantage in an attention-grabbing society," explains Richard Jung, professor of communication design at HSNR and initiator of the educational initiative. The ADC Creative Campus is the first cooperative educational initiative for the creative industries between a state institution and an industry association.
The Art Directors Club für Deutschland e.V. (ADC) is the leading institution for the promotion of creative excellence in the communications industry. With numerous initiatives, the ADC strengthens the reputation of the creative industries and demonstrates the importance of creative communication services for the economy and society.
