Stuffed animals as awards for professors with "special talents" were once again handed out by the students of the Faculty of Business Administration and Economics this year.
Prof. Dr. Jens Kaufmann was named "comedian" at the traditional moose award ceremony at the Mönchengladbach campus, a fun event organized by the student council. Prof. Dr. Claus Brell won the stuffed animal in the "I love my work" category. Both colleagues competed against each other in the game "Guess the Christmas Song".
Prof. Dr. Jonas Jasper was honoured as "Organizational Talent", while Prof. Dr. Siegfried Kirsch gave the most useful lecture in the opinion of the budding economists. Both were beaten by the students in the "Christmas Memory" game.
Prof. Dr. Andreas Syska proved his talent as a "storyteller" in his role as newsreader of the "FSR08-News". In the Superelch versus Dean duel, former Dean Prof. Dr. Siegfried Kirsch represented the new Dean's Office worthily and won the game.
Prof. Dr. Claus Brell, Prof. Dr. Detlev Frick, Prof. Dr. Andreas Syska, Nicole Komar, Angela Flock, the staff of the dean's office and the janitors received honorary elks (farewell and work elks).
