The Krefeld Ravens and the Hochschule Niederrhein have agreed on a partnership. This collaboration brings together two major institutions in the region to work together to advance the future of sports and education. Through this collaboration, the Krefeld Ravens and The Hochschule Niederrhein will work together in a variety of areas. The Ravens will benefit from the Hochschule Niederrhein's expertise in marketing, finance, management and design p rofits. The university will also use its resources to help the Ravens with apprenticeships and beyond.
Another goal of the collaboration is to promote sports and education in the region. The Ravens and the university plan to work together on initiatives to get young people excited about American football and show them the opportunities that a career in sports and recreation management can provide. Christoph Wittfeld, Managing Director and Head of Event & Sponsoring of the Krefeld Ravens, is extremely excited about the new collaboration: "We are very much looking forward to working with the Hochschule Niederrhein. The students bring partly completely new perspectives and ideas with them, which will help us to improve and extend our offer to the city of Krefeld and the region in all respects.

Through the cooperation, The Hochschule Niederrhein offers students the opportunity to gain practical experience in real-life projects and to apply their knowledge in practical applications. We already feel that the work between Ravens Executive Board and University is very promising and successful. We are very much looking forward to the projects with all Ravens members," says Wellbrock.
As a first joint action, the upcoming game day of the Ravens is completely under the sign of the Hochschule Niederrhein.After all, the black and yellows receive the team of the city neighbor Mönchengladbach Wolfpack for the big derby on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
