Career goal HAW professor

How do I become a professor in the STEM field at a university of applied sciences (HAW)? What is the job description, what is the daily work routine like? What requirements do I have to meet and what are the general conditions for a professorship? What is the appointment process like and what can I expect at the Hochschule Niederrhein?

These are the questions that will be answered in the workshop "Professor in the STEM field at a university of applied sciences" in an exchange and coaching with experienced professors.

The event is aimed at (prospective) female academics with a doctorate who would soon like to apply for an HAW professorship in the STEM field or are already in the application procedure.
