The speed of change in the economic and legal environment of companies and administrations continues to increase. At the same time, the stability of solutions is decreasing rapidly. What was good yesterday is outdated today. Digitalization and internationalization are leading to enormous price pressure and completely new business relationships. Companies and administrations can only master these challenges if they adapt their structures and processes and respond to permanent change with a high degree of flexibility. Managers and employees must support and embrace change - and prepare themselves for this challenge with up-to-date knowledge and tailored skills.
