Three questions for the lecturers:

Why is continuing education in mindful leadership currently of interest to many professionals?
Resilience is increasingly becoming an important soft skill in the world of work. Mindful leadership offers specialists and managers the opportunity to promote their own resilience and that of their employees and thus successfully meet challenges such as a high workload and intensive change processes.

What are you particularly looking forward to in this training course?
We are looking forward to working intensively with the participants. Experience has shown that the participants experience intensive further development, especially through regular practical exercises - we really enjoy seeing this.

And what can the participants look forward to?
The continuing education program enables participants to take an in-depth look at their own strengths and development potential. Through continuing education, participants discover various ways to increase their own well-being and bring about positive changes both in themselves and in their collaboration with their employees. Participants can look forward to numerous "aha experiences" that will accompany their individual development process.
